Book your class at least a month before the class date to have ample time for marketing and registration.

Making app community members may see your class on their For You feed or Discover page, however marketing your class independently via social media and email newsletters will allow for an even greater turnout.

We suggest:

Post at least once a week to your social media platforms (Making, Twitter, FB, IG, TikTok).
If you have a newsletter, include the class information.
Share with any online groups or chats you are a part of.
Ask good friends to also share to their networks.

When sharing, include:

Name, date and time of class
A photo that best represents the skill you are teaching or project that will be completed
How to sign up! You'll want to mention that they sign up for the class in our app under Classes. The links to download our app can be found at themakingapp.com
Tag us (@making_co, IG & Twitter + @themakingco on TikTok) so we can reshare!

We have a variety of graphics and backgrounds that you can download to market your classes. To use these assets, just save the images, then upload them into Canva, Instagram stories or Tiktok to overlay text, images, gifs, etc. You can find all class marketing materials for use here.
