Instructor Application Checklist:
Teacher bio: You'll need just 2-3 sentences about you, your craft or teaching background.
Teacher Image: A square image that clearly shows your face.
Class photo: A horizontal image that shows the final craft; approximately 1680 x 840 pixels.
Promotional photo: Optional. For use on social media, a vertical image is best; approximately 1080 x 1350 pixels.
Full Class Description: 2-3 sentences that describe your class such as:
• What techniques will students learn?
• Who is this class for?
• How will makers benefit from your class?
Short Class Description: One sentence brief of your class for use on the main classes page and promotional content.
Class PDF: Optional. Please provide a PDF with instructions, illustrations, or additional information to be uploaded to the class page.
Class date: Book your class at least a month in advance to allow ample time to market. Learn about how to market your class in this article.
Supplies
Be sure to list all supplies needed to complete your class project. Soon, you will be able to provide links to supplies and kits on your class page. Until then, your students may reach out to you with questions about gathering supplies.
Class Outline
When creating your class, it’s helpful to make an outline. Here is a template that you are welcome to use to outline your class.
Hashtag
Create a hashtag that students can use when posting about your class such as the class name or something more general like #LearningWithLinda to easily find students when they share about your classes.
